Postrgraduate Programme >
Non-HKU Grants and Fellowships The University of Hong Kong offers postgraduate students limited additional funding, mostly intended to finance research and attendance at conferences. Many research libraries and academic organizations around the world offer research grants for which postgraduate students from other institutions are eligible to apply. These are usually intended to finance specific research that will make extensive use of the donor institution's resources. This page lists a substantial number of such international grants and fellowships.
We encourage all our postgraduate students to apply for these opportunities. They may consult their supervisors for advice on applications, and also the History Department's grants coordinator, Dr. Priscilla Roberts.
